Place Your Order
As we are an internet based company, the most common method for placing a new AsukaBook order is to email your PDFs share link to sabrinalin@grandtech.com for prompt service support to your orders.
The alternative option is to either to place a Mail Order by saving your designed PDF files on a CD or DVD and mail them to us along with the proper forms.
Be certain to turn your computer's SLEEP MODE feature off. This may ensure a continuous and successful upload of your files.
Mail Order
Before AsukaBook Online Order Syetem released, you can consider to burn the PDF file(s) on a CD or data DVD and send it by mail. Please see your computer documentation for instructions on burning a CD or data DVD.
Please complete an Order by Mail form, a Credit Card Authorization form, and write the following information on the CD or DVD:
- Studio Name
- Promotional Code if available
- Customer Activation Code or E-Mail address
- Number of PDF files included

Turnaround Time:
You will receive your AsukaBook order in approximately 3 weeks from when your order goes to production. (This timeframe may vary based on your shipping location.)
Shipping:
All packages are shipped through Asukabook Asia authorized courier or Express unless otherwise specified. You will be emailed tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Upload Times:
Files uploaded at different times of the day will incur separate shipping and handling procedure. We may, however, ship your books in one box if they are received at our distribution center on the same day.
